TRAINING Deliver training in accordance to Clarins Regional Strategy • Responsible for delivering product knowledge, selling and service strategies to Training team to deploy to BA(Beauty Advisor) at POS • Follow guideline on strategy priorities • Ensure classroom trainings, field training and coaching are delivered to all Clarins BAs • Ensure Clarins trainings are conducted in active learning methods • Develop tools to identify strengths and weaknesses of every BA to monitor performance and prepare training actions to support and further develop BAs skills to regional quality standard • Allocate relevant training resources to win in Top Door and track closely Top Door progress
REPORTING AND TRACKING • To carry out and submit actionable reports, training evaluations and assessments to ensure effective training follow-up - Accurate and organized reporting, deliver message to all reporting parties - Consistently and systematically follow-up on report with action to improve observed situation • Tracking of BA performance and support via qualitative and quantitative assessment - According to KPI delivery, track and measure BA performance - Develop action plans to maximize BA performance and productivity
COMMUNICATION • Understand the needs and requirements of customers to design training support • Deliver only relevant information to customer and manage customer needs • Create and present written or verbal messages and information in a clear and understandable way, convey message • Anticipate the reactions to messages and adapts communication accordingly • Communicate regularly objectives and achievements to frontliners • Communicate on regular basis with Regional Training Manager
ORGANIZATION • Develop training calendar and build resources planning • Organize work by bringing together necessary means to achieve work objectives
- 3~5 years of experiences in Training in cosmetic field (화장품 제품 교육경력 필수) - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent oral and written skills in English - Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
